My preferred submission method is using my Direct Submission page . Nothing cheaper and more effective than a direct and personal connection between an artist and a curator.

Why the difference? It comes down to two main factors, targeting and personal connection. Artists who reach out via direct submission take a much more personal approach, they are typically familiar with my editorial line and resonate with it because we have influences in common. On the other hand, submission platforms are inherently more impersonal and the level of precision and quality of their filtering process can make a big difference in finding the right curators for your music.
